Fashion designer by profession and a mother of two, 33 years old Saloni Arora, resident of tricity, has been crowned as winner of IAWA Mrs. India 2019 contest held at Mumbai recently. Having won the Mrs. North India contest, Saloni witnessed tough competition in finale as the winners from multiple states of India were also eyeing for the coveted IAWA Mrs. India 2019 crown. Saloni was crowned as winner by Mrs. Daljeer Kaur (Mrs. Universe 2016), CEO, IAWA Pageants. 

Saloni had worked extensively to ensure that she gets a holistic grooming to earn the crown. Having responsibilities of family and her fashion design venture titled ‘Prem Fashions’ it was not easy to also prepare for the contest. With her focus to empower Girl Child and the support that she extends in form of donations, this year’s theme of IAWA reflected her philanthropic side, which further motivated her to work towards the finale and the title. 

With this win, Saloni shall also have opportunity to represent India for International Pageant to held in Mauritius in the coming months. Also she shall have an opportunity to be on the cover page of the International fashion Magazine – The Niche fashion arena.

After winning the IAWA Mrs. India 2019 crown and title, Saloni Arora said, “I strongly believe that people who work hard and chase their dreams with passion do get their luck to also favour them one day. It was both my passion to promote the cause associated with women & girls and also my dream to take the voice of awareness for Breast & Cervix Cancer to maximum people, that drove me further to win the coveted title. I hope that I continue to take my voice reach tens and thousands of women that shall help them opt for prevention of the deadly disease.” 

She trusts that it’s the unconditional support of her husband and in-laws that has helped her to pursue her goals and their blessings are her hidden strength that keeps her charged always.
