ACCEDING TO REQUEST OF NSUI STATE PRESIDENT AKSHAY SHARMA, GNDU VC POSTPONES JAN 11 LAW EXAM OVER STUDENTS' COVID CONCERNS

NSUI STATE PESIDENT AKSHAY SHARMA THANKS VC FOR HIS SUPPORT AND COOPERATION ALWAYS ON STUDENT SAFETY ISSUES

Owing to personal intervention of NSUI Punjab President Akshay Sharma, the GNDU administration on Saturday announced cancellation of January 11 Law department examination for Amritsar, Gurdaspur and Jalandhar campuses over students' Covid concerns in taking an offline examination.

Disclosing this here after meeting the Vice-Chancellor, Akshay Sharma said the University is also exploring more online avenues to conduct all tests online, beginning with exams scheduled after January 11 for all classes. The examinations of others departments will be held as scheduled.

Thanking the VC Jaspal Singh Sandhu on behalf of all students for his support and cooperation, Akshay lauded him for always being forthcoming and generous in ensuring safety and well-being of students on the campus.

Reiterating his commitment to ensure no student ever faces any hardship due to pandemic situation, the young leader from Amritsar said that NSUI Punjab has been continously working to ensure seamless flow of education especially to underprivileged children right through the lockdown.
