MINISTER CONDUCTS SURPRISE VISIT, SUSPENDS THREE EMPLOYEES OF REGISTRAR COOPERATIVE SOCIETISS

Haryana Co-operation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal conducted a surprise visit at the office of the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana in Panchkula at 4.15 pm today and ordered the suspension of three employees along with giving directions to take disciplinary action against two employees.

After finding discrepancies in record maintenance and cleanliness during the inspection the suspension of three employees, Branch Assistant, Sugar Mill, Mr. Gamandeep, Peon, Auditor Branch, Mr. Kulwinder Singh and Peon, Budget Branch, Mr. Sumit Dalal was ordered. Apart from this, he also directed to take disciplinary action against the private secretary of RCS, Mrs. Suman Rani, regarding non-maintenance of staff attendance register.

Similarly, it was directed to take action against the reappointed Assistant, Mr. Tek Chand Nain, from the ICDP branch located in the office, who was found absent in the branch and guilty of keeping the record files pending since the year 2019.

While Dr. Banwari Lal appreciated the work of some branches, he did not find the cleanliness and maintenance of records to be of proper standard during the inspection. He also directed the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana, Mr. R.S. Verma that appropriate action should be taken regarding the maintenance of the building.
