CONGRESS MLA FROM KALKA PRADEEP CHAUDHARY AMONG 15 SENTENCED TO THREE YEARS

Congress MLA Pradeep Chaudhary among 15 accused reportedly sentenced to 3 year imprisonment and fine of Rs. 85-85 thousand rupees in a case of  gathering crowd and obstructed official duty   by a Nalangarh Court of this District. 

Judicial Magistrate Nalagarh Jitendra Kumar pronounced the decision on Thursday. 

According to prosecution on 31 May 2011 youth Sucha Singh resident of Barotiwala engaged  with power pole to  to avoid checking  from traffic police and burnt.He was brought to PGIMR Chandigarh, where he dies.

After that the MLA and others protested  at Baddi Light Point and a police vehicle HP-14A-3176 and HP-12C-5441, a government vehicle in Baddi, was set on fire and attacked on police personnels by stoning and jammed traffic, which led by Mahesh Kumar son Ronki Ram resident Shahpur, police station Pinjore,Sanjeev Kumar son Karma Chand resident Papaloha police station Kalka district Panchkula, Sandeep Kumar son Gurmel Singh resident Charania police station Kalka district Panchkula, Bhupindra Dhiman son Purna Chand resident Kherawali police station Kalka district Panchkula, Roop Lal's son Somnath resident Papaloha Kalka, Himmat Singh's son Varindra resident Papaloha, Avtar Singh son Dina Nath resident fence warehouse Police station Kalka, Jeet Ram son Bhangi Ram resident Pargiya police station Kalka, Jogindra Singh son Somnath resident fence warehouse station Kalka, Bhag Chand son Dhani Ram Resident Lehi Kherawali Kalka, Mahesh Kumar son Desraj resident Beoi Savaliya Pinjore, Gulzar Putra Sadhu Resident Warehouse Police Station Kalka, Amar Nath Putra Rangi. The case was registered on 13 June 2011.
