KRISHNA DHABA SRINAGAR OWNER'S SON SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES

Akash Mehra aged 25 years son of owner Krishna Dhaba  succumbs to his injuries on Sunday at SMHS Hospital Srinagar. Akash Mehra  was on ventilator for the last 11 days.

During wee hours his condition deteriorated and he died. Earlier this month he was shot at by terrorists while he was sitting on counter of his famous Krishna Dhaba.

On February 18, Akash Kumar was shot at by terrorists from a close range and was critically wounded. The officials said Akash (25), a resident of Janipur Jammu, at present Dalgate Srinagar, died at the SMHS hospital at around 3:20 a.m. Akash had a bullet wound on the right side of his lower armpit and abdomen. He was on  ventilator for the past 11 days.

This terrorist attack had drawn strong condemnation from the political leaders including Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah though neither has attributed it to terrorism. 

All the accused attacking dhaba have been arrested .
