HARYANA'S 18 GIRLS SELECTED FROM SHAHABAD IN FIRST SUB JUNIJOR CHAMPIONSHIP

The Sports Minister arrived in Markandeshwar, Shahbad Hockey Stadium today to meet the 18 girls selected for the Sub Junior Academy National Hockey Championship.On this occasion, he also announced a grant of Rs. 2. 75 lakh for these players. On this occasion, Political Secretary to Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Krishna Bedi, was also present on this occasion.

Haryana Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs, Sh. Sandeep Singh said that it is a matter of pride for Haryana that 18 girls have been selected from Shahabad alone in the first National Sub Junior Championship being held in Bhubaneswar under the aegis of Hockey India. They will leave for Bhubaneswar very soon.
