DELHI POLICE SOLVED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT MURDER CASE

ACCUSED DRUG ADICTS HABITUAL OFFENDER, PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN NUMBER OF CASES OF KIDNAPPING/ARMS ACT/PROPERTY OFFENCES ETC, RECENTLY RELEASED FROM JAIL ON 06.03.2021

With the arrest of accused Jai Kumar Singh (Age- 22 years) S/o Kishan Pal Singh R/o Village- Gokula, PS Nawabganj, District- Gonda, UP, the Adarsh Nagar Chartered Accountant murder case has been solved.

Scooty used in the commission of crime recovered at instance of accused which was found stolen from the area of Patel Nagar, Delhi. Accused is a habitual offender. He is severely addicted to Smack. Due to addiction of smack and to fulfil his need, he was previously involved in several cases of kidnapping, arms act and property offences etc. He was recently released from jail on 06.03.2021.

On 16.03.2021, at about 10 am, Anil Aggarwal (Age- 40 years) who was a Chartered Accountant by profession and was working in a private firm, had visited his under construction house in Adarsh Nagar, Delhi along with his wife after morning walk. When they were present at ground floor of the under construction house, one unknown person wearing helmet reached there on scooty. He parked scooty in front of his house, came inside and fired at Anil Aggarwal and fled from the spot on the scooty.

Local enquiry was conducted. Very crucial information was gathered by teams that one person wearing helmet was noticed following the deceased and his wife on a white colour scooty to the place of incident and mark of red and blue colour was present on the front tyre guard of the scooty.

  

Anil Aggarwal got sustained bullet injury near his neck and he was declared brought dead in the hospital. Consequently, a case vide FIR No. 131/21 dated 16.03.2021 u/s 302 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act PS Adarsh Nagar, Delhi was registered on the basis of statement of deceased’s wife and investigation was taken up.

It was a blind case. Local enquiry was conducted. Wife of deceased and other family members/relatives of deceased were examined but no clue regarding any enmity or involvement of any known person was found. Keeping in view sensitivity of the case, several teams of PS Adarsh Nagar and Special Staff were formed under close supervision of Sh. Sanjay Drall, ACP/Jahangirpuri and Sh. Manoj Pant, ACP/Ops/ NW and overall supervision of the undersigned.

Very crucial information was gathered by teams that one person wearing helmet was noticed following the deceased and his wife on a white colour scooty to the place of incident and mark of red and blue colour was present on the front tyre guard of the scooty.

Enormous hunt of CCTV cameras installed at and around the place of incident and routes taken by the suspect was done. Almost thousand of CCTV cameras were checked. Further, sources were deployed by teams regarding white colour scooty having such specific mark and it was noticed that one white scooty having such specific mark was stolen from the area of PS Patel Nagar. Record of PS Patel Nagar was checked and it was found that one such scooty was stolen from Gali No. 6, Prem Nagar, Patel Nagar during the intervening night of 7 & 8.2.2021.

Then after, specific intelligences were deployed for finding any clue regarding such active criminals. Dossiers of all the criminals/jail releases of such type of criminals were checked and through nonstop sincere efforts of all teams, suspect/accused Jai Kumar Singh @ Jai Singh s/o Kishan Pal Singh was identified through local intelligence. It was found that suspect Jai Singh was previously residing at Onkar Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi. The jail record of Jai Singh was checked. In dossier and jail records, it was found that he was recently released from jail on 06.03.2021. Two more whereabouts of accused jai Singh was found in Anand Parvat and Shastri Nagar, Delhi and it was also found that his native place is Village- Gokula, Nawabganj, Gonda, UP.

Local enquiry at all hideouts of accused Jai Singh was conducted ant it was found that he had left Delhi after the incident and reached his native place in Gonda, UP. Two teams of PS Adarsh Nagar and Special Staff were immediately sent at Village-Gokula, PS Nawab Ganj, District- Gonda, UP. Raids were conducted but he was not found at his house. It was found that he was alert and he was not staying at his house but he was hiding somewhere else in and around his village. Continuous raids were conducted at his hideouts but he was frequently changing his locations.

Due to pressure of raids at various places at his native place, he again left his native place. Through local enquiry and technical surveillance, it was established that he had started reaching Delhi again. Teams followed him from his native place to Delhi. He was frequently changing his locations in Delhi and NCR also. He was finally apprehended from Indelok, Sarai Rohilla, Delhi on 28.03.2021 through technical surveillance and local intelligence.

During sustained interrogation, accused Jai Kumar Singh @ Jai Singh disclosed his involvement in this murder case. The scooty No. DL 10SU 1163 involved in this incident recovered at his instance. He disclosed that he had stolen this scooty on 08.02.02021 with help of his associate Shivam from the area of Patel Nagar. He further disclosed that he had procured the firearm (pistol) from his associate a R/o Tri Nagar, Delhi and after the incident, he had returned the pistol to his associate. Raids are being conducted to apprehend his associate and to recover the firearm (pistol).

Accused Jai Kumar Singh (Age 22 years) S/o Kishan Pal Singh R/o Village- Gokula, PS Nawabganj, District- Gonda, UP is a habitual offender. Previously, he had worked in a Zinc factory at Anand Parbat area but he had addicted himself in smack consuming. He started committing crimes under influence of smack and to purchase more smack. He had gone to jail previously in arms act/property offences etc. Accused Jai Kumar Singh @ jai Singh is previously involved in 9 cases of heinous crime, which were registered in different police stations in Delhi..
