Abohar: In line with the vision of UAE’s leadership and with the support of members of UAE’s Indian community, BAPS Hindu Mandir Abu Dhabi is working to create a supply chain of oxygen tanks and cylinders which will provide upwards of 440 metric tons of liquid oxygen per month starting this week – this should be able to fill more than 50,000 cylinders of medical oxygen.

Each oxygen source has been technically audited to assure that India’s standards for medical oxygen are met or exceeded. This oxygen will be provided to the needy through the government, BAPS’s own network of COVID hospitals and special village clinics.

Abu Dhabi Mandir project incharge Swami Brahmavihari and BAPS international services director Swami Ishwercharan said that the COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the world over the last 16 months. Nations around the world continue to be challenged by the wide-reaching impact of a constantly evolving and mutating virus.
