The Members of the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam will make extensive visits in the month of August, 2021 for hearing grievances of the consumers and to entertain new complaints.

An official spokesperson said here today that the proceedings of the CGRF will be held in OP Circle, Panipat on August 4, 2021, OP Circle, Yamunanagar on August 6, 2021, OP Circle, Sonipat on August 9, 2021, OP Circle, Jhajjar on August 11, 2021, OP Circle, Karnal on August 13, 2021, OP Circle, Rohtak on August 16, 2021, OP Circle, Ambala on August 18, 2021, OP Circle, Kurukshetra on August 20, 2021, OP Circle, Panchkula on August 23, 2021, City S/D, Sonipat on August 25, 2021 and City Division, Panipat on August 27, 2021, from 10 am to 4 pm respectively. Except on field visit CGRF shall be available at Head Quarter from 9 am to 5 pm to hear the grievances of consumers visiting office.
