The management of Bhag Singh Khalsa College for Women, Kala Tibba village near Abohar today felicitated its student Shreya for winning in the 400mtr hurdle race event during the 19th National Federation Cup Juniors (U20) Athletics Championships that was organised at the War Hero Stadium in Sangrur.

Shreya was given a warm welcome in her college. President Gurlal Singh Brar Fattanwalia said her performance will motivate the management to increase logistics/infrastructure to promote sports activities.

He congratulated Shreya, her parents from Khairpur village, Iqbal Kaur Sran incharge of the Physical Education Department and officiating Principal Baljit Kaur. Other trustees of the college management were also present on the occasion.
