Zirakpur (Sumitha Kaler)

A Karaoke Musical evening was organized under the banner of GLOW BAL Art CREATIONS in Zirakpur - Dhakauli. President of the organization and music lover Dr. Manjit Singh Bal told that about 19 amateur singers from tricity of Chandigarh, Ambala and Pinjore travelled all the way to Zirakpur to participate in this music event enthusiastically. There were two rounds.

The first round started with a Manna Dey’s song “Puchho na kaise maine rain bitai” presented by Dr. Manjit Bal which was heavily applauded. Anuradha Sharma (Dagshai) sang “Hansta hua noorani chehra…” from old gold film Parasmani. The legendary Bollywood singers i.e Mohd Rafi, Manna Dey, Mukesh, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosley, Jaspal Singh, Talat Mehmood etc. were remembered and their sweet songs of were presented.

Mr. Harjit Singh (Zirakpur) sang Jaspal Singh’s song, “Jab jab tu mere saamne aye…”, while Dr. Sanjeev Uppal (Kumarhatti) a plastic surgeon at MMU Solan presented “Zindgi ik safar hai suhana…”, S. Jaideep Singh (Chd) sang “Aap ke haseen rukh pe aaj naya noor hai”, Dr. Mehtab Bal (Zirakpur) presented, “Gulabi aankhein jo teri dekhi, sharabi ye dil ho gaya..” These songs gathered maximum applause. Mr. Diljit Thukral (Chd), Dr. Prabhjot Kaur Bal (Zirakpur), Mr. Neeraj Gupta (Chandigarh), Mr. Chandan Singh Rana (Ambala Hry), Mr. Rajesh Kapil (Pinjore), Mr. Sanjeev (Chandigarh) Mr. Shusheel Nagpal (Chandigarh), Mr. Ashok Sharma (Pinjore), Mr. Vikas Singla (Chandigarh), Ms. Poonam Dogra (Zirakpur), Mr. Vikramjit Singh Sandhu (Zirakpur ), Mr. Suresh Kumar (Ambala)

Every one enjoyed and danced on this Karaoke Musical evening at the place of Dr. MS Bal. Harjit Singh Susheel Nagpal and Anuradha presented a plaque to Mrs. Inderjit Bal & Dr, MAnjit Bal for organizing very nice evening.
