POLITICAL TERRORISM MORE DANGEROUS THAN MILITANCY: BITTA

India Anti-Terrorist Front president and former chief of the Indian Youth Congress Maninder Jit Singh Bitta, gave a call to strengthen communal harmony and promote peace in the country. “For this everyone needs to take initiative. Terrorism in different states in India and abroad had killed thousands of people, but political terrorism is more dangerous than militancy, he said.

He was speaking at a programme at Brahma Kumaris’ Shantivan complex Abu Road Rajasthan. He said that today the lives of hundreds of mothers, sisters and children in Afghanistan are in danger. Rivers of blood were flowing every day. It is not humanity but a demon. Everyone needs to work together to overcome this.

Sub Divisional Magistrate Abhishek Surana said that Mount Abu is full of wealth of spiritual splendor. There are also references to the studies of Ram Chander ji and Luxman worshipping of Shiva's thumb. At present, the Brahma Kumaris organisation is spreading spiritual knowledge all over the world. They have made exemplary efforts in local development here, and would always cooperate with the administration in improving the environment and social awareness.

While speaking in the same context, he said that if Article 370 was not removed, then the situation in Kashmir could have worsened. Brahma Kumaris organisation is making efforts day and night for peace in India and the world. I would like to give a call that everyone should come here and become cooperative in the development of human values by learning Raja Yoga meditation here, he said.

Bitta was given a grand welcome on his arrival in Shantivan. He paid tribute to the former chief administrator of Brahma Kumaris by laying a wreath at the memorial tomb of Dadi Prakashmani, Shakti Stambh, and also at the memorial site of her immediate successor Dadi Janaki.
