In an effort to stall the proceedings of AGM of Punjab Cricket Association’s scheduled for 30th Oct 2021, so that Agenda item regarding dis-affiliation of his Ludhiana Cricket Club may not be approved Sanjeev Arora nominee of the said club approached the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana (CWP-21969-2021 SANJEEV ARORA VS PUNJAB CRICKET ASSOCIATION) to stop & postpone the said AGM .

However the Hon’ble Justice Raj Mohan Singh in his interim orders has allowed the PCA to organize its AGM as per its original schedule also allowing the new formed members to be present in the AGM as non voting members and instructed that proceedings of the AGM to be recorded strictly in accordance with law. The case was taken up today for hearing through video conferencing.
