Abohar.: BK Krishna Behan, incharge of Jalandhar sub-zone (Punjab Zone), who left for her heavenly abode recently was cremated at the Harnamdaspura crematorium in Jalandhar.

On the occasion, hundreds of BK family members participated in the last journey of the mortal remains of the departed soul, while BK Prakash Bhai from Shantivan represented the chief administrator Ratnamohani ji, senior Raj Yogi Nirvair Bhai and Brij Mohan Bhai and joint Chief Administrator Munni Didi in paying the last homage to the departed soul. He offered a shawl, bhog handkerchief and sandalwood garland to the body of the departed soul.

After decorating the body of Krishna Behan, the Rath Yatra was started from Kapurthala Chowk Jalandhar Ashram at 12 o'clock in the day, the pyre was consigned to flames at the crematorium at around 1.30 pm after passing through in the city. Brothers and sisters from Moga, Hoshiarpur, Adampur, Kapurthala, Dasua, Phillaur, Nangal, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Jammu, Panipat, Una, Baijnath, Rohru, Shimla, Bilaspur, Rampur, Ghumarwin, Hamirpur etc. participated in the final procession.

At the cremation ground, the in-charge of Punjab zone Utra Behan, Prem Behan, and BK Prakash Bhai from Shantivan lit the pyre. The program of final tributes to the departed soul will be held on 24 November at the Jain Bhawan Jalandhar. There will be Brahma Bhojan from 12 o'clock to 1 o'clock and a tribute program will be held from 1 o'clock to 2 o'clock.
