Today members of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) District Ferozepur handed over a memorandum to DC Ferozepur Amrit Singh regarding the problems being faced by the farmers of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.
Speaking on the occasion, Tejinder Singh Deol, Jatinder Singh Thind and Pargat Singh Wahka said that since the time the price of the wheat was increasing in the international market, the farmers of these states were hopeful that they will get good reward of their hardwork but by banning the export of wheat by these state is a gross violation of Article 14 of the Constitution by the Union Government.

They said that while Article 14 of the Constitution gives equal rights to all. By implementing this dictatorial order especially for the farmers of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, the farmers of the three states are being isolated from the residents of the rest of the country. They demanded that this order should be immediately revoked to strengthen the financial position of the country.
