As per the campaign launched by Mohali Police against the bad elements under the guidance of Sh. Manpreet Singh, SP (Rural), Insp. Shiv Kumar-I/C C.I.A staff, Mohali team arrested gangster Lovejit Singh @ Love along with 4 of his accomplice who were involved in spreading terror in the society by firing indiscriminately and carried out serious acts of Extortion, Murder and Looting, reveaaled Sh. Vivek Sheel Soni, IPS, SSP Mohali on Wednesday.
SSP while giving detail said, the seizure of automatic weapons and the details of the incidents committed by them as follows :

Lovejeet Singh @ Love s/o Dilbag Singh r/o Near Flour Mill, Village Gandivind Dhattal, PS Chola Sahib, Distt Taran Tarn (Age- 20 Years). Akashdeep Singh s/o Davinder Singh r/o Near Satluj Palace, Village Harike Pattan, PS Harike, Distt Taran Tarn(Age- 21 Years), Gurjant Singh s/o Davinder Singh r/o Near Gurudawara Sahib, Village Shahpur, PS Amloh, Distt Fatehgarh Sahib. (Age- 20 Years) Paramvir Singh s/o Kewal Singh r/o Village Gehlewal, PS Samrala, Distt Ludhiana. (Age- 19 Years) Sunil Kumar @ Bacchi s/o Dalvir Singh r/o Near Cold Store, Himmat Nagar, Samrala, PS Samrala, Distt Ludhiana. (Age- 22 Years)Murder was to be done in Samrawa, Taran Tarn by this gang from Satvir singh satta and Lakhvir Singh Lande. Murder was to be done in Shahkot area by this gang from Satvir singh satta and Lakhvir Singh Lande. on 25.05.2022, they were planning to rob a bank in Distt. Mohali.

Akashdeep Singh : Two cases registered against him under various section 307 IPC, 25 Arms Act in different Police Station of Punjab
Gurjant Singh : Two cases registered against him under various section 307 IPC, 25 Arms Act in Police Station Samrala, Distt Ludhiana.
Paramvir Singh : Two cases registered against him under various section 307 IPC, 25 Arms Act in Police Station Samrala, Distt Ludhiana.
Sunil Kumar @ Bacchi : Five cases registered against him under various section 326,307 IPC, 25 Arms Act and NDPS Act in different Police Station of Punjab Incidents :
*The gang had opened fire on 20.04.2022 at village Khalra on the behest of Lakhvir Singh @ Lande for ransom.
*On 28.04.2022, they went to village Dayalpur, PS Samrala to ransom and fired there too.
On 15.05.2022, they came to village Mukshabad, Ps Samrala for seeking ransom and shot a person in his thigh.
