A case FIR No. 47, U/S 406, 306, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the direction of Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in petition filed by complaint lady resident of Delhi against Ajmer Singh Bhullar and others.
It is alleged that her husband Arun Sharma committed suicide after leaving suicide note in car near Govt. Model High School, Sector-20, Chandigarh on 03.12.2016.
The suicide note was sent for CFSL report. Investigation of the case is in progress.
