Abohar/Abu Road: BJP's National Vice President and former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has said that even in today's era, women have to struggle step by step to move forward.

Addressing as the chief guest on the occasion of the celebration of spiritual knowledge day on the 57th death anniversary of Jagdamba Saraswati, the first former chief administrator of Brahmakumaris University at Abu Road, Raje said that Jagdamba Saraswati supported the women power at that time when women were not allowed to leave the house.

Today even though we talk about women empowerment, women still have to struggle step by step to move forward. Sometimes you have to suffer humiliation. We can change the circumstances if we want. She said that the BK institute is run by mothers and sisters. What a great power this is. This institute is working to spread knowledge to the people all over the world. When we change ourselves, it has a huge impact on society.
