In a major breakthrough Po & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under over all supervision of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal, IPS, W/SSP/UT, Chandigarh a SIT has been constituted which is supervised by Sh. Ketan Bansal, SP/City, headed by Sh. Devinder Kumar Sharma, DSP/DCC and team headed by Insp. Sumer Singh Incharge PO & Summon staff is able to arrest the Proclaimed Offender Ashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel.
Arrest of Accused/Proclaimed Offender: In this case by collecting information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search was conducted. Later on, by all the sincere efforts, on the information of secret informer, the accused has been arrested from Near Village Sherna District Bikaner Rajasthan on dated 27.06.2022.

The accused Aashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel S/o Sh. Vinod Goel was declared proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 458 dated 23.10.2009, U/s 420, 120-B IPC, PS-39, Chandigarh by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Amit Sharma, JMIC, Chandigarh, EA No. 35/2011, 36/2011 & 37/2011 as convicted by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, UT Chandigarh.
On 29.01.2020 the accused namely Ashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel was arrested by a team of PO & Summon Staff from Ahmedabad and produced before the Hon’ble Commission and Duty Magistrate District court sec-43 Chandigarh.
The accused Ashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel was sent to judicial custody by the Hon’ble concerned court/commission in the above noted cases. The accused Ashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel was a prisoner and lodged n Model Jail, Chandigarh in the above noted cases.(SUBHEAD)
On 29.11.2021 accused Ashish Goel @ Aasheesh Kumaar Goyel was taken from Model jail Chandigarh to produce before the Hon’ble court of Sh. G.S. Sekhon, ACJM, SAS Nagar at District Courts Complex, Mohali in connection with the hearing of case FIR No. 94 dated 12.10.2020, U/s 174-A, PS-Phase 11, Mohali, pending against him. The accused flee away from the police custody from District Court Complex, Mohali. In this regard a case FIR No. 424 dated 29.11.2021 u/s 223,224,225 IPC registered at PS-Sohana, District- Mohali.
