THE THREE DAY PHOTO EXHIBITION TITLED 'CANVAS OF LIFE : A MEDIA KALEIDOSCOPE' CONCLUDES

The three day photo exhibition titled 'Canvas of Life : A Media Kaleidoscope' concluded today with the Valedictory Session. The guests of honour on the occassion were Prof. Renu Vig, Dean University Instructions, Panjab University, Chandigarh; Prof Jagtar Singh, Dean Students Welfare ( Men), Panjab University and Dr. Malvika Rai, Educationist.

The exhibition showcased over 100 works of 51 Photojournalists and was jointly organized by the Director Public Relations, PU; Centre for Social Work, PU, in collaboration with Chandigarh Press Club. The photographs on display bring to forth the various hues of life, nature, celebrations, pandemic to name a few.(SUBHEAD)

Dr. Gaurav Gaur, welcomed the guests and said that this was the first occasion to create an interface between media and the university. We hope to have future collaborations with media too. Participants among Mr. Santashu Photographer of Punjab Kesari Delhi and Mr. Upender Sain Senior Photographer were felicitated with souvenirs and certificates.

Mr. Rajinder Nagarkoti, Secretary General, Chandigarh Press Club, thanked the organizers at Panjab University for coming together to organize the event.
