In continuation of an ongoing successful and one of the most challenging operation spread over several states across the country, a team of Special Cell, led by Insp. Sunil Rajain, Insp. Ravinder Joshi, Insp. Vinay Pal and Insp Arvind under the immediate supervision of Sh. Lalit Mohan Negi and Sh. Hridaya Bhushan, ACsP/NDR and under the overall supervision of Sh. Pramod Singh Kushwah, DCP/NDR has added another chapter of success by arresting one more sharpshooter involved in the sensational murder of Sidhu Moosewala in broad daylight.
In the process of crackdown on criminal nexus, Sachin Bhiwani who was tasked to arrange hideout for shooters, also got arrested. It is pertinent to mention here that Sachin Bhiwani had become the synonym of terror in Haryana and bordering areas of Punjab as he was engaged in the criminal activities on ground on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldy Brar-Kala Jathedi. Criminal cases of attempt to murder, dacoity and abduction are registered against him.

Close aide of main shooter Priyavrat @ Fauji and hails from the same region as Piryavrat @ Fauji and done firing on two occasions in the month of April-2022 on the directions of Lawrence Bishnoi Mr. H.G.S.Dhaliwal, Special Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, said, that special cell has been on lookout for criminals and anti-nationals who are eyeing Delhi. During investigation, it was also learnt that this criminal nexus has been using secure end to end chat platforms to communicate with their fellow members of criminal gangs. It had made the job a lot more difficult for the Law Enforcement Agencies to start a crackdown on these criminals and bring them to justice.
*Sachin Choudhary @ Sachin Bhiwani r/o Distt. – Bhiwani, Haryana Age- 25 Yrs , provided shelter to the module of four shooters, immediately after the murder, later helped them escape to Haryana-Rajasthan-Gujarat-Madhya Pradesh- Uttar Pradesh-Jharkhand and provided shelter there. He was wanted in a recent extortion case of Churu, Rajasthan committed on the directions of Lawrence Bishnoi- Sampat Nehra alliance in 2022. He is also associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang and came out of jail recently in Oct’21 after three and half years

Mr. H.G.S.Dhaliwal, Special Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, said, that special cell has been on lookout for criminals and anti-nationals who are eyeing Delhi. From the interrogation of criminals arrested by Special Cell and from secret sources, it came into knowledge that a sinister criminal alliance comprising of notorious Lawrence Bishnoi Gang- Goldy Brar Gang- Kala Jatheri Gang- Gogi Gang had been formed and is involved in heinous offences in different states including Delhi.
Special Cell continued working on breaking the backbone of this unholy criminal nexus. A long drawn complex operation was launched, wherein bulk data related to the gang members of this criminal nexus was analyzed and their associates/sympathizers were kept under close surveillance through all possible means.
During investigation, it was also learnt that this criminal nexus has been using secure end to end chat platforms to communicate with their fellow members of criminal gangs. It had made the job a lot more difficult for the Law Enforcement Agencies to start a crackdown on these criminals and bring them to justice.
On 29.04.22, this criminal nexus committed the murder of Sidhu Moosewala and also claimed the same on different social media channels. It also came to knowledge that the criminal nexus has used assault rifle of AK series and are also in possession of even more sophisticated weapons including grenade launcher. On 19th June’22, arrest of Priyavrat, Kashish and Keshav in MCOCA case earlier unraveled the conspiracy and execution of murder of Siddhu Moosewala.
After their arrest, the remaining members of this alliance continuously changed hideouts and locations from Gujarat-Madhya Pradesh-Jharkhand and Delhi while sparingly used mobile phones for communication through end to end encrypted chat platforms.
OPERATION: Leading to the input generated through the interrogation of arrested main sharpshooters of the group and leader Priyavrat @ Fauji and Kashish by the Special Cell, the team was on lookout for the remaining sharpshooters of the group who carried out the sensational murder of Siddhu Moosewala.
On 03rd July’22, source information was developed, and it came to knowledge that two members of Lawrence Bishnoi gang would come to ISBT Delhi for executing some heinous crime. The police team acted swiftly and both the accused persons Ankit and Deepak were arrested in a swift and brisk operation. Further interrogation is underway.
