BSF ORGANIZES SEMINAR ON STRESS MANAGEMENT

The Border Security Force organised a seminar on the eve of Raksha Bandhan festival at Abohar Sector headquarters to guide soldiers and officers on stress management.

DIG Ved Prakash Badola said that the news of suicides by security personnel in border areas in different parts of the country due to tension is a matter of concern for the entire society. The campaign being run by Brahma Kumaris for stress management will definitely provide relief. There is no doubt that if you add spontaneity and positivity in everyday work, then not only family but also business life can improve.

BK center Dy. Incharge BK Darshana explained the importance of Raksha Bandhan. She said that by connecting with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, we can get rid of many problems. On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, we should take a pledge to renounce the evils that have taken hold in our lives.

 Speaking on the occasion, BK Sunita, a senior Rajyoga teacher from the Brahma Kumaris, said that the root cause of stress is negative thoughts which lead to many physical ailments. Stress can be avoided by organizing a lifestyle with positive thinking.

In the modern era, there is a competition to get material comforts and most of the people's life is spent in this. If you adopt ease in life, then surely many problems will be solved automatically. She highly appreciated the efforts of the Border Security Force to stand on the border of the country even in difficult circumstances and ensure a safe life for crores of Indians.

Rakhis received from Mount Abu headquarters of Brahma Kumaris were tied to hundreds of soldiers and officers who were also served with home-made sweets.

Divine gifts were presented to the DIG and other officers. On behalf of the Border Security Force, the DIG felicitated the BK sisters by presenting them with mementos.
