ACCUSED PERSON HAD ABDUCTED DECEASED SAMUNDER, ROBBED HIM OF HIS CASH, GOLD CHAIN, LOCKET, AND CAR, BRUTALLY THROTTLED HIM, SMASHED HIS FACE WITH BRICKS AND DUMPED HIS BODY IN A WELL AT MADINA VILLAGE,  DECEASED WAS CONVICTED IN TADA CASE, ACCUSED LEFT HIS VILLAGE AND WAS SECRETLY LIVING IN NAJAFGARH AREA. HIS BROTHER DEEPAK HAS BEEN SENTENCED LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR THE BRUTAL MURDER OF SAMUNDER DAHIYA.

On 10.08.2022, team of Insp Krishan Kumar, AGS, Crime Branch, apprehended one accused namely Kuldeep @ Kala s/o Late Sh. Jagdish r/o Village-Gopalpur, PS-Kharkhoda, Distt-Sonipat, Haryana, Age-32 Years from Najafgarh area. He was absconding in a brutal murder of one Samunder Dahiya, who himself was a dreaded criminal. A case FIR No. 1208/2014 dated 10.07.2014 u/s 302/365/397/201/34 IPC PS Mangol Puri was registered in this regard.

Deepak and Kuldeep were also associates of Samunder Dahiya gang. Samunder Dahiya was a desperate criminal of Sonipat & NCR and involved in more than a dozen cases including that of murder, extortion and attempt to murder etc. He was convicted in TADA case. Their gang had received some extortion money.

There was a dispute regarding distribution of money among themselves which turned into quarrel. The accused persons Deepak and Kuldeep @ Kale who was the prime accused had abducted deceased Samunder and the deceased was throttled to death. His face was smashed with bricks. His gold chain, locket and his car were robbed by the accused persons. His body was disposed of in a well at Madina, Sonipat. The robbed car was later sold in Assam in North East region to evade being traced. His brother Deepak has been sentenced to Life Imprisonment by the Hon’ble Court.

Mr. Rohit Meena, IPS, DCP, Crime-II, said, the Hon’ble court vide order dated 15.12.2014 had declared him proclaimed offender in this case. A reward of Rs. 50,000/- has been declared on his arrest by worthy CP/Delhi. The accused was changing his address and locations frequently. He was evading his arrest deliberately. Thus, technical surveillance was mounted, and efforts were made to trace the accused and with the help of specialized technical investigation, the accused was traced in Najafgarh area of Delhi.

A secret information was received that a dreaded criminal namely Kuldeep @ Kaale who is wanted in a sensational brutal murder of one Samunder Dahiya, is hiding in a house in Najafgarh area.

The information was further developed and considering the gravity and brutality of the crime, a team of AGS, Crime Branch led by Insp Krishan, comprising of SI Anuj Chhikara, SI Sachin Gulia, ASI Brajlal, ASI Mukesh, HC Ravinder, HC Mintu, HC Shyamsunder, HC Dharamraj, HC Deepak, HC Narender, HC Omvir, HC Pappu and CT Dheeraj under the close supervision of Sh. Naresh Kumar, ACP/AGS and overall guidance of under-signed was constituted to nab the accused Kuldeep @ Kaale. Sustained technical analysis was done along with ground surveillance and Kuldeep @ Kaale and his location was identified. The team swiftly raided the hideout and nabbed accused Kuldeep alias Kaale from Najafgarh area.

A Case FIR No. 1208/2014 dated 10.07.2014 u/s 302/365/397/201/34 IPC PS Mangol Puri was registered on the complaint of Satbir Singh s/o Lal Chandra r/o Village Gopalpur, Mohalla and Pana Pachalla, PS Khakhoda, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana.

It has been alleged that his brother Samunder who works as a property dealer in Rohini area was abducted by Deepak and Kuldeep. In this regard, the above-mentioned case was registered at PS Mangolpuri.
During investigation, the Local Police found that the accused persons Deepak, Kuldeep @ Kale along with others had abducted the deceased Samunder and the deceased was throttled to death. His gold chain, locket and his car were robbed by the accused persons. His body was disposed of in a well at Madina, Sonipat. The robbed car was later sold in Assam to evade being traced. Deepak and his associates who were JCL were arrested in the case. However, Kuldeep @ Kale the prime accused was evading arrest and he had been declared absconder by the Court on 15.12.14.

The accused Kuldeep @ Kale was born at Gopalpur, Kharkhoda, Haryana in 1989. His father Late Shri Jagdish was an employee with Delhi Fire Service. His mother is a housewife. His father had expired around 25 years ago, and his mother got a job in Delhi Govt. on compensatory grounds. The accused are three siblings. His brother Deepak is also a criminal. Accused Kuldeep @ Kale had studied up to 12th class in Govt. School, Kharkhoda. Later, he met bad elements and started committing crime. He and his brother Deepak became members of Samunder Dahiya Gang. After the arrest of his brother in the murder of Samunder Dahiya, he became under-ground. He was evading arrest since 2014 by changing his rented accommodation periodically in populated clusters and used to conceal his original identity.

The accused person Kuldeep @ Kale has been arrested under relevant section of law and has been produced before the Hon’ble court. Further investigation is underway.
