THEY ALL WERE CARRYING A REWARD OF RS 50,000/- EACH WANTED IN A MURDER CASE

A team of ARSC/Crime Branch, led by Insp. Mangesh Tyagi and Insp. Robin Tyagi under close supervision of ACP Arvind Kumar has arrested three women fugitives namely (1) Mamta w/o Vinit Kadam d/o Late. Desraj r/o E - 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 31 yrs, (2) Varsha @ Heera D/o Late Deshraj R/o E - 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 29 yrs, (3) Prakashi w/o Late. Deshraj r/o E – 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 48 yrs wanted in a murder case after six years. They all were carrying a reward of Rs 50,000/- each declared upon their arrest.
Brief Facts of the case are that on 13.03.2016 an altercation took place between two neighbours in Mangolpuri for giving way to car of the complainant Sh. Prakash. The quarrel got aggressive and accused persons namely (1) Hari Krishan (2) Veer Singh @ Veeru (3) Saurav @ Gullan (4) Prem Singh @ Lala, (5) Brij Mohan @ Johny (6) Mamta d/o Deshraj, (7) Varsha @ Heera d/o Desraj and (8) Prakshi w/o Deshraj along with one juvenile barged in house of complainant and beaten them brutally with sticks and swords.
On the complaint of Sh. Prakash, on 13.03.2016, a case was registered at PS Mangolpuri vide FIR no. 476/2016, District Outer, Delhi. One of the injured Gyarsa Ram died during treatment in Hospital.
During investigation, five accused persons namely (1) Hari Krishan (2) Veer Singh @ Veeru (3) Saurav @ Gullan (4) Prem Singh @ Lala and (5) Brij Mohan @ Johny were arrested and one juvenile was also apprehended in the present case.Mr.Rohit Meena, IPS, DCP, Crime Branch-II, said during investigation, accused Mamta d/o Deshraj, Varsha @ Heera d/o Desraj, and Prakshi w/o Deshraj all residents of E- 866 Mangolpuri Delhi were absconding and evaded their arrest by frequently changing their addresses and all the three absconding accused were declared Proclaimed offender (PO) by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Shirish Aggarwal, Metropolitan Magistrate (North-West) vide order dated 29.07.2016.
After completion of investigation chargesheet u/s 302/308/452/323/324/341/148/149/120B/34 IPC was filed against them and case is pending trial at Rohini courts.
Mr.Rohit Meena, IPS, DCP, Crime Branch-II, said during investigation, accused Mamta d/o Deshraj, Varsha @ Heera d/o Desraj, and Prakshi w/o Deshraj all residents of E- 866 Mangolpuri Delhi were absconding and evaded their arrest by frequently changing their addresses and all the three absconding accused were declared Proclaimed offender (PO) by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Shirish Aggarwal, Metropolitan Magistrate (North-West) vide order dated 29.07.2016.
A cash reward of Rs. 50,000/- each was also declared upon their arrest.
On 01/09/2022, credible information was received by HC Sunil 1246/Sec, that all three ladies, wanted in the murder case of PS Mangolpuri, Delhi have been residing in 13 block, Trilokpuri Delhi. On this information, a team led by Insp. Mangesh Tyagi and Insp. Robin Tyagi consisting of ASI Baljeet No. 426/F, HC Sunil No. 1246/Sec, HC Gaurav No. 917/Crime, HC Pawan No. 532/Crime, HC Sawai no. 532/Crime, W/HC Sarvjeet Kaur No. 651/Crime, was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Arvind Kumar, ACP/ARSC, Crime Branch. The team reached Block no. 13 Trilok puri and due to sincere efforts, ground and technical intelligence they zeroed in on to complete address of the accused ladies and overpowered and apprehended them.
KNOW THE ACCUSED: Mrs. Mamta W/o Vinit Kadam D/ o Late. Deshraj R/o E - 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 31 Yrs. She is class 5th pass and after committing murder, she along with her mother and sister started living in Ghaziabad and thereafter they started living in Firozabad, UP. During his absconding period, she married Vinit Kadam and was blessed with a baby girl. Later on, she along with her mother and sister started living in Trilok puri, Delhi. They were taking all precautions to evading their arrest.
Ms. Varsha @ Heera D/o Late. Sh. Desraj R/o E - 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 29 Yrs. She is 5th class pass and after committing murder, she along with her mother and sister frequently changed their addresses to escape arrest.
Smt. Prakashi W/o Late. Sh. Deshraj R/o E – 866, Mangolpuri Delhi Age 48 Yrs. She is uneducated and after committing murder, she along with her two daughters started living in Ghaziabad and thereafter they started living in Firozabad, UP. Later on, she along with her two daughters lived in Trilok puri Delhi. They were taking all precautions to evading their arrest.
Local Police has been informed. Further investigation is underway.
