Mahant Swami Maharaj’s 89th birthday was celebrated at Akshar Farm, Anand-Vidyanagar, in the presence of thousands of devotees.

Narayanmuni Swami spoke about how Pramukh Swami Maharaj cared and fulfilled the wishes of everyone.

An exquisite traditional dance by children and youths was presented to honour Swamishri. The programme was conducted by Adarshjiwan Swami.

Mahant Swami Maharaj said on the occasion, “Shriji Maharaj is the all-doer. Everything is done by the divine powers and blessings of Shastriji Maharaj, Yogiji Maharaj and Pramukh Swami Maharaj. We have to become more inclined towards spirituality and the fact that our true form is atma.”

Mantra-Pushpanjali ritual performed to honour Mahant Swami Maharaj; senior swamis offered garlands. Swamishri inaugurated an audio bhajan publication by Swaminarayan Aksharpith. Finally, arti was performed by all. EOM
