Some miscreants on Tuesday midnight set ablaze Meghnath's effigy lying in Dushera Ground in Sector 46 here.
The chief patron of Dushera organizing Committee Mr. Jitender Bhatia, while giving formal complaint to Police, has said Ravana's effigy was also the target of mischievous elements.
