In a major breakthrough PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP/UT Chandigarh Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chahal IPS and in the supervision of DSP/DCC and team headed by Insp. Hari Om Sharma Incharge PO & Summon staff is able to arrest the 08 absconding persons.
Arrest of Accused/Proclaimed Offender: With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned absconding persons have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts made by ASI Ashok Kumar 2812, ASI Rajpal 3170/CP, ASI Satish Kumar 2884/CP, HC Manoj Kumar 1477/CP, Constable Vakil 4933/CP and C. Jatinder Kumar 4929/CP.
The FIR No. 05 dated 04.01.2008, U/s 356,392,454,417,341 IPC, PS-36, Chandigarh was registered against accused namely Shiv Kumar S/o Bhalla R/o Village Sedpur, PS-Auras, Unnao, Utter Pardesh on the complaint of Balwant Singh R/o # 1966, Sector-43-B. Chandigarh. He stated that on the day of incident, he and his eighty years old mother were alone at house, when two boys came to him and asked that their made had an accident at Sector -44, Chandigarh, she is waiting for him for help in the market Sector-44.
The complainant come alongwith them. They befooled the complainant that their scooter is parked at some distance and they will reach at Market Sector-44 by their scooter. Till then he may reach on foot there. When he returned home the both boys took away the three gold bangles and one gold chain, one mobile phone and Rs. 10 thousand rupees from his mother. The accused was not arrested in this case by the concerned police station. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Ravi Gulati, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 30.08.2012. The accused was evading his arrest knowingly.
The FIR No. 114 dated 10.06.2016, U/s 279, 147, 149, 332, 353 IPC, PS-36, Chandigarh was registered against accused namely Rajesh S/o Mool Chand R/o Village Dalkhera, Uno, Uttar Pardesh on the complaint of C. Umesh Kumar posted in PCR at deputed on Cheetah M/Cycle in the area of PS-36, Chandigarh alongwith his co colleague .
On the night of incident he along with his co colleague was on patrolling and reached near the jungle area, Sector-53, some boys were creating nuisance. When they stopped their M/Cycle near them one of them struck his M/Cycle into their M/cycle. They fell down and when they stand up they all attacked with slaps and punches on them. They tear his uniform. The accused was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Jaspreet Singh Minhas, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 15.02.2022.
The FIR No. 394 dated 13.10.2018, U/s 279, 337, 338 IPC, PS-31, Chandigarh was registered against accused namely Aditiya Kumar S/o Harinam R/o # 489, Village Abhaypur, Sector -16, Panchkula, Haryana on the complaint of Rohtash S/o Lt Sh. Ram Mehar R/o # 560, Naya Gaon, Janta Colony, Mohali.
On the night of incident his brother namely Deepak was going from Ramdarar to Naya Gaon, when he reached near Arunita Gas Agency, a vehicle bearing registration No. HR03P 9874 hit his brother, who was on M/Cycle. He was taken to hospital by the driver of the vehicle who hit him. The accused/driver after concession of bail the accused did not produced before the court and he was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Puneet Mohinia, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 31.08.2022.
One absconded person namely Vijay Pal S/o Sh. Pawan Kumar R/o Village Ganauli, Tehsil Naraingarh, District Ambala, Haryana has been arrested U/s 138 NI Act in complaint No. ICMS/2022/006543. He was declared PO vide order dated 30.05.2019 by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Manu Mittu, JMIC, Chandigarh. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Pratima Singla, JMIC and has been released on bail by the concerned court.
Absconded person namely Gurpreet Kaur W/o Sh. Maninder Singh Chadda # 01, Govind Enclave Village Deelwal , District Patiala, Punjab, has been arrested U/s 138 NI Act in complaint No. ICMS/2022/011759. She was declared PO vide order dated 22.10.2019 by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Pratima Singla, JMIC, Chandigarh. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble concerned Court and has been released on bail by the concerned court.
Absconded person namely Parmod Kumar Mishra S/o Sh. Rama Shanker Mishra R/o # 988/10, Badal Colony, Zirakpur, Punjab, has been arrested U/s 138 NI Act in complaint No. ICMS/2022/010503. He was declared PO vide order dated 30.08.2022 by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Pratima Singla, JMIC, Chandigarh. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble concerned Court and has been released on bail by the concerned court.
Absconded person namely Govind Kushwaha S/o Sh. Radhe Shyam R/o Lal Dwarara, Temple, Sec-40A, Chandigarh, has been arrested U/s 138 NI Act in complaint No. ICMS/2022/010503. He was declared PO vide order dated 02.09.2022 by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Riffi Bhatti, JMIC, Chandigarh. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble concerned Court and has been sent to judicial custody by the concerned court.
