A family torn apart by misunderstood circumstances, hurt emotions, and inherent beliefs, Sony SAB’s Dil Diyaan Gallaan is a story of three generations where the first two generations refuse to forgive and forget but are forced to face their past and heal when the third-generation steps in. In the upcoming episodes, the show is heading towards an unexpected turn of events .

Amidst Riya (Hema Sood) and Veer’s (Paras Arora) engagement ceremony, bad news knocks on the door of the Brar family as the machinery in which Dilpreet had invested his life-long savings were burnt to ashes by a suspicious person. Riya and Amrita join hands and finally come to know that the person behind this is Khushwant. They chalk out a plan and decide to catch Khushwant red-handed. However, little did they know that their strategy would backfire, and they would fall under his trap. The police arrived at the location and ended up arresting Amrita.

How will Amrita come out of this new trouble in her life?

Kaveri Priyam, who plays the character of Amrita, said, “Every character in the show has so many distinct layers and equally shines in their own space. Amrita’s journey has just started; although she appears to be a charming young woman, she is much stronger than that. The upcoming episodes will give a glimpse of how Amrita deals with the situation and acts upon getting arrested.
