PAKISTANI DRONE DROPPED THREE KG HEROIN ON INDO PAK BORDER IN AMRITSAR SECTOR

Border Security Force  (BSF) troops deployed at border, heard buzzing sound of a suspected flying object (drone) entering from Pakistan into Indian territory in the area near Village - Dhanoe Kalan in District - Amritsar, on Saturday morning. 

As per the laid down drill troops endeavored to intercept the drone by firing. The troops deployed in depth area also heard the sound of something dropping in the farming fields.

During initial search of the area, BSF troops recovered 03 packets, suspected to be Heroin (Gross wt - 3.055 Kg) from the farming field of Village Dhanoe Kalan, Distt - Amritsar. The contraband valued Rs. 15 crores in in international market.

BSF spokesman in Jalandhar Punjab Frontier HQ, said, vigilant troops of BSF, once again, foiled nefarious design of drug smugglers.
