ABOUT 100 PERSONS DONATE BLOOD AS TRIBUTE TO MARTYRS

About 100 men and women today donated blood to save precious lives at the 22nd blood donation camp dedicated to the martyrs who had made supreme sacrifice for the Independence movement and sovereignty of India after the country got freedom.

The programme was jointly organised by the Bhartiya Sindhu Sabha, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Sindhi Samaj Samiti, Pujya Sindhi Panchayat, Bhanushali Samaj on the occasion of the birth centenary year of immortal martyr Hemu Kalani and martyrdom day of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev and in remembrance of martyr Captain Navpal Singh Sidhu, martyr Rameshwar Lal Tarad at Arorvansh Seva Sadan Padampur.

Chief Guest KPTL Chief Manager Hitesh Goyal said blood donation was the most appropriate way to remember the martyrs. Besides him, SPN College Director Dr. Manish Parnami, Deepak Amlani Madhya Pradesh, SKM College Director Dr. Palwinder Singh, SS Adarsh Vidyalaya manager Om Prakash Kalia, Ashok Kumar Kalia, Congress leader Phool Chand Miglani, Jitender Singh Dhillon, Beopar Mandal president Vijay Kalra, Social Worker Bhojraj Jain, Martyr Captain Navpal Singh Sidhu Memorial School principal Neelam Tripathi and a large number of other paid tribute to the martyrs. Couple Lecturer Rajpal Singh Joyia and Sapna Joyia, Bhartiya Sindhu Sabha incharge Ghanshyam Harwani, Radha Devi, Dolly Harwani and Lalit Harwani were also among the blood donors.
