Border Security Force troops observed a Tea container lying in farming field ahead of border fence, on own side of IB near Village - Bharopal, District - Amritsar on Saturday..
On dissecting the container, narcotic substance suspected to be heroin (Gross weight - 810 gm) was found filled inside the cavity of the container and foiled nefarious design of drug smugglers.
In an other seizure on duty vigilant Border Security Force troops observed suspicious packets lying in farming field on own side of border fencing near Village - Wan, District - Tarn Taran.Further, during detail search of the area, BSF troops recovered 07 Packets, suspected to be Heroin (Gross wt - 07 kgs) from the farming field. The contraband valued Rs. 35 crores in international market.
