CHANDIGARH POLICE BUSTED NEXUS OF IMMORAL TRAFFICKING , FOUR ARRESTED FROM SPA CENTRES, RESCUED 18 GIRLS

Chandigarh Police has busted a nexus of Immoral Trafficking by arresting (4) four accused from SPAs Centers from Sector-8, Chandigarh and rescued 18 girls from Thailand and North East girls.

It has come to notice that some Immoral Trafficking activities are being running in SPAs Centers in Chandigarh.

On this information, raids were conducted at SPAs Centers in Sector-8, Chandigarh where  Immoral Trafficking activities were noticed. On this, a case FIR No. 25 dated  26.3.2023 u/s 3,4,5,6, of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act 1956 was registered in Police Station Sector-3, Chandigarh and arrested  four accused persons namely Gurmeet Singh, Atik Rahman, Vinod @ Vicky and Vikas.

During the course of investigation, all the above said accused persons were produced before the learned court and all sent to judicial custody remand for 14 days.

The further investigation of the case is going on.
