GRAND RATH YATRA ORGANISED ON THE OCCASION OF SHRI RAM NAVAMI

Shri Sanatan Dharma Sabha, on the occasion of the auspicious festival of Shri Ram Navami, organised a grand Rath Yatra of Lord Shri Ramchandra ji with devotion and fanfare. The procession started from Shri Gaushala premises. MLA Sandeep Jakhar, Mayor Vimal Thatai, Dr. G.S. Mittal, S.K. Mittal, Raghav Sharda, Dr. Subhash Nagpal and others participated in the procession.

(SUBHEAD)Different tableaus were decorated and Kalash Yatra was taken out by the women. Rath Yatra passed through the Gaushala Road, Railway Road, Main Market, Circular Road, old Grain Market bazar, Circular Road, Hakikat Rai Chowk, Sain Chowk, old Tehsil Road and ended at Shri Sanatan Dharam Mandir.

The Yatra was welcomed everywhere. Flowers were showered at various places by devotees. Stalls of various cuisines were also set up for the devotees participating in the Yatra. Beautiful tableaux, camels, horses, Rajasthani Dhap, Punjab Police Band, Fauji Band, Delhi Band, Punjabi Dhol Party and many other artists displayed their art. The stage was conducted by Pramil Kalani, ex-president of the Municipal Council. Sabha president Ram Prakash Mittal thanked the participants.
