2012 batch IAS officer Vineet Kumar assumed the office as Deputy Commissioner (Additional Charge) of Fazilka as Fazilka DC Dr. Senu Duggal has gone for training, Faridkot DC Vineet Kumar has been given additional charge of Fazilka.

DC Vineet Kumar held an introductory meeting with the senior officers/employees of his office and said that the people in the district should continue to get better services and their work should be done promptly, for this all the officers and employees should do their duties diligently.

Vineet Kumar IAS has served as Special Secretary Agriculture and Additional Managing Director Punjab State Warehousing Corporation as well as Deputy Commissioner at Sri Muktsar Sahib, Ferozepur, Bathinda.
