A case FIR No. 45, U/S 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar R/o Thakur Bani Singh, Gali Lohar Bazar, Bhiwani (Hry) who alleged that Advocate Gopal Soni practicising Advocate of Panjab and Haryana High Court cheated about Rs. 22 lakh on the pretext of appointment for the post of Superintendent in the High Court , Chandigarh.
The accused Advocate also issued him a fake/forged appointment letter. Investigation of the case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
