02 SOPHISTICATED PISTOLS ALONG WITH 09 LIVE CARTRIDGES HAVE BEEN RECOVERED., ACCUSED WAS ON RUN FROM COURT IN MURDER CASE OF GANG-WAR BETWEEN BINDER GURJAR AND SANDEEP
GADOLI GANG., NBW ISSUED AGAINST HIM IN MURDER CASE FROM, GURUGRAM, COURT, HE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN TOTAL 13 HEINOUS CASES OF MURDER, ABDUCTION, DACOITY, ROBBERY, ETC. OF HARYANA & DELHI.

Considering the rise in cases of extortion, robbery, in Delhi/NCR, a team of WR-I, Crime Branch led by Insp Sandeep Yadav, comprising of SI Amolak, ASI Suresh Kumar No. 49/Crime, ASI Aditya Kumar, 172/Crime, HC Sandeep No. 570/Crime, Ct. Mehtab No. 1248/Crime, W/Ct. Priyanka No. 4202/Crime
and W/Ct. Neetu Nagar under the close supervision of Sh. Raj Kumar Saha, ACP/WR-I and overall guidance of Sh. Satish Kumar, DCP/Crime-IV, was constituted to nab the gangsters. Secret informers were deputed to track such gangsters.
Information was received that a Gangster namely Ravi Kumar, close associate of infamous Rishi Surukhpuria-Kaushal gang is wanted in a murder case of Gurugram, HR and evading his arrest. The above team was tasked to work on the case with the direction to trace the wanted gangster. On analyzing voluminous data and information, it was revealed that the accused Ravi Kumar, is changing his location frequently. Thus, technical surveillance was mounted and manual efforts were made to trace him.
INFORMATION & TEAM OPERATION: - On 27.02.2024, ASI Suresh Kumar No. 49/Crime received a specific secret information regarding the presence of wanted Ravi Kumar in the area of Delhi near Bjiwasan Fly Over, Najafgarh Road, Delhi and therefore team of Insp Sandeep Yadav, WR-I, Crime Branch, Rajouri Garden, Delhi laid a trap at the place of information and arrested accused namely Ravi Kumar S/o Gyan Chand R/o Mehram Nagar, Delhi age 44 years. One Pistol& 04 live Cartridges were recovered from his possession.
Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, IPS, Add. Commissioner of Police, Crime, said, during the interrogation Accused Ravi Kumar disclosed that he was involved in the Murder of Pappu Gurjar (Brother of Bindar Gurjar) to take the revenge of murder of Sandeep Gadoli and he was arrested in that case and was on bail in that case. But his kingpin directed him to eliminate their rivals; therefore, he skipped the court hearing and started recruiting new members in his gang and planning for the execution of the directions of his leaders.
During further investigation, one Pistol with 05 live cartridge was also recovered on his instance. Accused Ravi Kumar is a close associate of Sandeep Gadoli-Rishi Surukhpuria-Kaushal gang.

In this regard, FIR No. 48/2024 U/s 25 Arms Act PS Crime Branch was registered and he has been arrested.
During course of further investigation source of weapon and one of his gang leaders namely Rishi Raj @ Rishi @ Lambu S/o Sh. Baljeet Singh R/o VillSurakhpur, Najafgarh, Delhi was also formally arrested on 02.03.2024 and taken on police custody for two days.
KNOW THE ACCUSED:
Accused Ravi Kumar Born in 1980 in Mahram Nagar, near Airport, Delhi. His father was a taxi driver at IGI airport and thus he studied up to 12th from open school of learning. In 2002, he was arrested in an attempt to murder case in Delhi Cant area. In jail, he met Infamous gangsters Sandeep Gadoli and Kaushal Chaudhary of Gurugram. The rivalry between gangs led to murder of associates of Binder Gurjar gang.
In 2016, Sandeep Gadoli died in an encounter in Mumbai. In that encounter, case of murder was registered on the direction of Hon’ble High Court and name of Bindar Gurjar came up as the mastermind behind the Murder, therefore to take the revenge of Murder of Sandeep Gadoli, accused Ravi along with his associates eliminated Pappu Gurjar, brother of Bindar Gurjar. He was arrested in that case and was on bail in that matter. However, on the direction of his leaders he started skipping court hearings and thus
NBW in that case was issued against him from Gurugram Court. He has been arrested under relevant section of law and further investigation of the case is in progress.
