DRUG SYNDICATE BUSTED WITH ARREST OF 03 NORTHEAST INDIAN DRUG PEDDALERS., ACCUSED DRUG PEDDALERS ARRESTED WITH COMMERCIAL QUANTITY OF METHAMPHETAMINE, 1016 GRAMS OF FINE QUALITY METHAMPHETAMINE DRUG RECOVERED, THE DRUG PEDDLERS WERE IMPORTING DRUGS FROM MYANMAR, THE SEIZED DRUGS WERE BEING SUPPLIED IN TEA PACKETS, TECHNICAL AND MANNUAL INPUT LEADS TO ARREST OF DRUG PEDDALARS. RECOVERED DRUGS VALUED MORE THAN ₹ 05 CRORE IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET., ABOVE RECOVERY OF METHAMPHETAMINE DRUG IS A HUGE SET BACK FOR DRUG SYNDICATE.

As per directions of worthy DCP Dwarka Sir, who has repeatedly ordered to take the strongest possible measures for detection and demand/harm reduction, an operation is being continuously carried out in Dwarka District against the suppliers of narcotics.
In this regard a dedicated team of Anti-Narcotics Cell/Dwarka led by Insp Subhash Chand comprises W/SI Sapana Sharma, HC Lokender No.159/DW, HC Kuldeep No. 1042/DW, W/HC Sonu No. 2226/DW, HC Gopal Yadav No. 471/DW, HC Dinesh Kumar No. 328/DW, HC Amit No. 854/DW, HC Ashwani No. 1151/DW, HC Ajay No.1765/DW, Ct Shiv Ram No. 654/DW, Ct. Mukesh No.1692DW, Ct. Lokesh No. 1371/DW was formed under the supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar ACP/Operation Cell which busted a drug syndicate and seized a huge quantity of drugs.
On dated 22/03/2024 a secret information was received by HC Dinesh No. 328/DW, Anti-Narcotics Cell Dwarka, that one lady namely Lalmuankimi along with one person namely Laldinmawia @ C.Zonunsanga will came to supply Methamphetamine drugs at Fruit Mandi, Main Road, Dabri, New Delhi in between 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM. After verifying the facts, a raiding team was formed in supervision of Insp. Subhash Chand I/C Anti-Narcotics Cell Dwarka and in overall supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar ACP/Operation Cell Dwarka. At around 12:40 PM the team was reached at Fruit Mandi, Main Road, Dabri. Meanwhile at around 13:10 PM an one lady along with one person came on a scooty at Fruit Mandi Dabri from the side of Dabri Flyover and stopped the Scooty near police booth and started waiting for someone. On the instance of informer both the persons were overpowered by the staff.
On interrogation their identity was disclosed as Lalmuankimi W/o Zangura R/o Veng, Near Primary School, Serchhip, Mizoram, 796181, Age 43 Yrs. Laldinmawia @ C.Zonunsanga S/o Tlankma R/o Bawngkwn, Aizwal, Mizoram, Age 31 Yrs.
During investigation of the case, 03 days police custody remand of above accused persons have been taken and they had been thoroughly interrogated. On interrogation accused Laldinmawia @ C.Zonunsanga disclosed that the seized drugs were imported from Myanmar and the drugs come to Delhi by way of Mizoram in tea packets.Accused further disclosed that he imported 09 Kg Methamphetamine drugs and he delivered 08 KG Methamphetamine drugs to one lady namely Lalengmawii W/o Harrison R/o RZ-103, Mahendra Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Hence a trap was laid and accused Lalengmawii was also arrested in the present case.
After following the NDPS ACT procedure search of both persons has been conducted. On search –Lalmuankimi W/o Zangura, Age 43 Yrs, 202 GM Methamphetamine Drugs was found from her possession. and Laldinmawia @ C.Zonunsanga S/o Tlankma, Age 31 Yrs, 814 gram of Methamphetamine Drugs was found from her possession.
In this regard case FIR no. 190/2024, dated 22/03/2024, u/s 8/22/25/29 NDPS Act was registered at PS Dabri, District Dwarka, New Delhi and the accused Laldinmawia @ C.Zonunsanga and Lalmuankimi was arrested.

During investigation it came to know that all the three accused persons are from Myanmar and they are living in India as refugees.The drugs were to be distributed by the accused persons to their potential customers.
