THE PUNJAB KINGS OWNER INTERACTED WITH INMATES SUFFERING FROM SPINAL INJURIES

Preity Zinta, Actor and Punjab Kings owner on Tuesday visited the Chandigarh Spinal Rehab in Sector 28, bringing smiles to the inmates of the rehab centre. Preity was welcomed with a bouquet by the inmates of the rehab centre. She interacted with the patients with spinal injuries at the centre, and also took a round of the centre to see the rehabilitation facilities being offered by the centre. An audio visual presentation was also given on the occasion to apprise her about the activities of Chandigarh Spinal Rehab.
Nicky P Kaur-Founder & CEO of Chandigarh Spinal Rehab while speaking on the occasion said, “It was a big moment for everyone at Chandigarh Spinal Rehab to welcome Preity,” She thanked her for having spared time to visit the centre and boost the morale of the inmates.
Preity Zinta, while speaking on the occasion said that it was an emotional moment for her and she wished everyone at the centre a healthy life ahead. She further said that it was God’s grace that she got a chance to visit the centre and to get an insight into the lives of those with spinal injuries.
The inmates got themselves photographed with Preity and got her autograph. There was also a cake cutting ceremony on the occasion.
