The Judicial Magistrate (First Class) 14 Court, Girgaon, Mumbai on Saturday, has issued fresh summon to appear in the court on Sept. 25 to Bishwajit Ghosh , Prop. of MyFledge Private Limited, at Tarapur Garden, Block C, Third Floor, Flat No. 50, New Link Road, Opp. Oshiwara Police Station, Oshiwara, Andheri (W), Mumbai..
The summon have been issued on the complaint of Miss Mausam Ashit Shah, who had filed the Complaint under section 138 of negotiable instrument Act. The court has directed Bishwajit Ghosh to appear in the court on 25/09/2025 on hearing as prescribed u/s 223 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
Actor and entrepreneur Aayush Shah along with his sister Mausam Shah has registered a criminal case against the three directors of Myfledge Private Limited - Bishwajit Ghosh, Piyali Chatterjee Ghosh and Shahab Hussain. It is alleged that these three took a loan of Rs 4.44 crore from the Shah family under false pretenses and refused to repay it. This case has been filed under Section 138 of the Indian Exchange Act.
Similarly court has issued total 11 notices to Myfledge private limited and its directors Bishwajit Ghosh , Piyalee Chatterjee and Shabab Hussain to be present in court on 8 October 2025 and 17 October 2025.

In order to gain trust in the beginning, he submitted returns on time and also showed statements and property documents of ICICI Bank. But in the investigation, all these documents were found to be fake. Bishawajit and Piyali issued 32 cheques against the loan, the total amount of which was Rs 4.44 crore, but all the cheques were bounced. After this, the Shah family came to know that the bank statements and property documents were also fake and the initial returns were just a ploy to win trust.
In a comlaint actor and entrepreneur Aayush Shah along with his sister Mausam Shah filed complaint against Bishwajit Ghosh, who describes himself as a struggling singer, initially came in contact with Aayush Shah in connection with entertainment related work. Gradually, he and his wife Piyali grew close to the Shah siblings and agreed to take a huge loan citing the success of their company, Myfledge Private Limited. It was claimed that the money would be invested in expanding the company's network of training centers.

Aayush Shah said that he had believed the company and its directors on the basis of documents, but everything turned out to be a lie. Now they have started strict legal action demanding justice. Mausam Shah also termed it as a "deliberate fraud" and said that the past history of the company only proves their criminal intentions.
Shah family lawyer Mr. K.P. Dubey termed the case as a "clear financial crime" and said that the accused would be punished severely.
