The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has apprehended Senior Manager and Assistant Manager, Engineering & Management, India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), Delhi while accepting a bribe of Rs.40,000 from the complainant.
CBI registered the instant case on 12.11.2025 against the Assistant Manager, Engineering & Management, ITDC, Delhi. It was alleged that the accused demanded a bribe of Rs. One Lakh from the complainant for clearing the pending bills.
After negotiation, the accused Assistant Manager agreed to accept the bribe amount of Rs. 40,000 from the complainant for clearing the pending bills.
CBI laid a trap on 12.11.2025 and caught the Senior Manager and Assistant Manager, Engineering & Management, ITDC, Delhi red-handed while demanding and accepting undue advantage of Rs. 40,000 from the complainant. The aforesaid accused persons have been apprehended.
Investigation is continuing.
