The Indian Army's Dot on Target Division under Headquarters Sapta Shakti Command successfully organised an Ex-Servicemen Rally and medical camp at Hisar Military Station on 29 Nov 2025 for the ten districts of Haryana, namely Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Fatehabad, Hisar, Jhajjar, Jind, Mohindergarh, Rewari, Rohtak and Sirsa. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 1500 veterans, Veer Naris, Veer Matas and their Next of Kin (NoKs) from the region.
Rao Narbir Singh, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Minister, Haryana was the Chief Guest. Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command, Barinder Jit Kaur, Regional President, Sapta Shakti AWWA and Maj Gen Amit Talwar, GOC, DOT Division.
Various Record Offices, Banks, Police. MSMEs and Government Welfare Agencies including DIAV, AWPO, ECHS and ZSBs had established help desks and stalls to assist Ex-servicemen in grievances redressal, documentation updates, pension-related queries and employment opportunities. A Medical Camp under the aegis of Military Hospital, Hisar provided health check-ups and specialist consultancy to the attendees.
Army Commander, addressed the veterans & reaffirmed the commitment of Sapta Shakti Command towards ensuring regular communication, interaction, empowerment, felicitation and comprehensive care of our Veterans, Veer Naris and Veer Matas. The Rally culminated with a felicitation ceremony wherein Veer Naris, Veer Matas and War Wounded Veterans were honoured with tokens of appreciation for their distinguished service and sacrifice to the Nation. Additionally, mobility aids including 13 e-scooter, assistive devices and substantial financial aid were presented to a number of disabled Ex-servicemen
