Operations Cell of Chandigarh Police  reported to have arrested one drug peddler namely Jayesh Deblauw S/o Bohnarike Village Vashisth P.O. Manali Distt. Kullu (HP) Age 36 Years with 1 KG 88 Grams Chara from his possession.

In this regard, FIR No.97 dated 08.12.2025 U/s 20 NDPS Act PS-Mani Majra, UT Chandigarh have been registered..

On dated 08.12.2025, SI Suresh Kumar 1656/CHG along with police party & ride in government vehicle and after parking ride in government vehicle they started foot patrolling and when they reached back side parking of Dhillon Cinema Mani Majra. During patrolling team succeeded in arresting accused Jayesh Deblauw S/o Bohnarike  Village Vashisth P.O. Manali Distt. Kullu (HP) from back side parking of Dhillon Cinema Mani Majra and 1 KG 88 Grams Charas was recovered from his possession.

During his interrogation he revealed that he used to bring the contraband from Manali Himachal Pardesh and further distribute and sell it in the area of U.T Chandigarh. He also disclosed that, for easy money he started narcotic dealings at larger level.
