A case FIR No. 75 U/S 419, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harinderpal Singh Bedi R/o# 140, Sec-19C Chandigarh who reported that Manish Kumar Shah R/o MTX, IT Consulting Service Executive Center Level-1 Unit-2, Shalpuria Sattava, Hyderabad.
They assigned complainant’s son who was played in Asian games 2018, for advertisement through mail and messages but they didn’t pay him back US $ 25000/- in 2019.
No arrest has been made so far and investigation of the case is in progress.
