The residents of Silver City Themes residents were not providing basic amenities like power back up for the last two days.
Ms. Lucy Burgesss, Ex president of Resident Welfare Aasociation (RWA) alleges that the 750 residents of the society being mentally harrassed, tortured despite paying regular maintenance to the service provider. Even the MOU was signed in 2021 for 2 years, still exists.
Society residents further said, The Society admin have no right to increase any maintenance charges or costs as per MoU.
The aim of the society administration to believes to harass residens only to increase the fee of monthly maintainence chages.
It may not out of place to mention here that no political leaders and no from Administration side looking into it. It may also add that the residents of the society paying maintenance charges plus 50000 each (onetime) for DG cost charges plus fixed month charges back up .
