With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The absconder/proclaimed offenders have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts of ASI Karan Singh 3699/CP, HC Ashok 1179/CP, C Parveen 3875/CP, C Anuj 4665/CP, C. Amit Antil 4863, C Vakil Singh 4933/CP. The Master Technical & Monitoring Cell of Chandigarh Police provided continuous assistance to locate the accused and helped the police officials of PO & Summon Staff:

The State case PO namely Akash S/o Rishi Pal R/o Jhuggi no. 1447, Rajiv Colony, Sector 17, Panchkula in case FIR No 126 dated 09.06.2020 U/s- 435, 427 IPC, PS Mauli Jagra, Chandigarh has been arrested from Mauli Jagra, Chandigarh. The case was registered on the complaint of Ajay Yadav S/o Badlu Ram R/o H no. 3657, Mauli Complex, Chandigarh. He stated that he lives at the above mention address and he is working as a Driver. On the day of incident around 7:30 PM I had parked my motorcycle outside the home.

At about 2:30 AM, I saw fire or smoke rising outside my house and when we came out of the house, we saw some unknown person set my bike on fire and many other bikes also burnt which were standing near my bike. The bonnet and glass of a car parked near my bike was also broken. Later the case was registered against the said accused, who got absent before the Hon’ble Court. He was declared PO by the court of Sh. Mohit, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 26.05.2023. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court and sent to judicial custody till 04.12.2023.

One absconder Namely Subhash Agarwal R/o # 336, Industrial Area, Chandigarh, has been arrested from Industrial Area, Chandigarh in Comp/286/2017 U/s 138 NI Act. The accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Mohd. Aslam Beg, ACJM, Theog, District Shimla, (HP).
