Haryana Home and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij directed the police officers to constitute an SIT to investigate cases of murder and suicide seperately. Additionally, he also directed the IG of Hisar Range to constitute a SIT in the case of illegal encroachment and vandalism of houses in Hisar.
Sh. Vij gave this direction while addressing the public grievances at his residence in Ambala Cantonment, on Tuesday.
Siblings from Chandigarh complained to Home Minister Sh.Anil Vij that their father committed suicide on the railway line some time ago and a case was also registered at the GRP Chandigarh station. A few days after the father's death, they received a suicide note stating that under pressure from some people, he was committing suicide. They alleged the police of not arresting any accused in the case despite complaining to the GRP long time ago. Similarly, a complainant from Panipat informed Home Minister Sh. Anil Vij of the lack of action against the accused in the case of his son's murder. The complainant stated that his son was electrocuted while sleeping at night and an attempt was made to frame someone else as part of a conspiracy. The accusation was that despite complaining to the police, no accused has been arrested so far. Home Minister Sh. Anil Vij directed to form an SIT to investigate the case.
Home Minister Sh. Anil Vij has directed the IG of Hisar to form an SIT to investigate the case of encroachment and demolition of houses based on the complaint of a resident of Hisar.
A complainant from Hisar accused a woman of blackmailing him and threatening to seize his property. A married woman from Yamunanagar accused her in-laws of harassment. A family from Nuh put forward their complaint of inaction in the case of their child's murder, upon which Home Minister Sh. Anil Vij directed SP Nuh to take stringent action in the case.
