In partnership with various Indian Consulates, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha organized a series of Consular Camps. These events served as accessible hubs for the Indian community to obtain crucial consular services such as passport renewal, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) assistance, visa guidance, and document processing close to home.

Significant turnout was noted, with over 450 individuals attending the Los Angeles, CA camp, and more than 500 in Dallas, TX.

(SUBHEAD)Dr. K. Shrikar Reddy, the Consul General of India in San Francisco, expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with BAPS, stating, “We are very grateful for the partnership with BAPS and to be able to utilize their facilities and receive the support of their volunteers and organization for this Consular Camp. With these camps, the Consulate can better connect with the Indian Diaspora and strengthen India-US relations.”

D.C. Manjunath, Consul General of India in Houston, also praised the initiative for bringing consulate services directly to the community's doorstep, highlighting the importance of making essential services more accessible.

“We are delighted to have hosted such a meaningful and impactful event in collaboration with the Indian consulate,” said Hemal Patel, a volunteer at the event in Dallas. “Our goal has always been to serve the community and provide support wherever possible. The Consular Camp allowed us to do just that by offering valuable services and assistance to our fellow community members.”
