A case FIR No. 106, U/S 420, 463, 465, 467, 471 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the order of Hon’ble Court JMIC, UT, Chandigarh against Sandeep Gupta and Naveen Gupta both partners of M/s Shanti Industries R/o # 430, Saidan Gate, Jalandhar PB. and others who issued cheques by representing themselves as authorized signatory of M/s Shanti Industries to defraud the complainant company Bhushan Power & Steel ltd.
The investigation of the case is in progress.
