A case FIR No. 73, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Manmohan Pal Singh R/o # 153, Sector-45-A, Chandigarh who reported that Kamaljit Singh Bala R/o # 145/1, Sector-45-A, Chandigarh took monetary support from complainant of RS. 14 lakh to complete his project to construct an AIR BnB unit in Narur, which he promised to return in a month time.
Police said, alleged person did not return money to complainant.
The investigation of the case is in progress.
