JOURNALIST FRATERNITY RESOLVES TO BOYCOTT AAP LEADER

Abohar. A meeting of journalists was held at Arorvansh Dharamshala on Sunday, in which it was decided to completely boycott AAP's former halqa incharge Kuldeep Kumar Deep Kamboj. It was also decided in the meeting that if Kamboj did not apologize to the journalists within two days, strict action would be taken.

It is alleged that Kamboj, while denying the allegations of corruption, used abusive language against journalist Jatin Dhawan regarding the carcasses issue. He has also filed a complaint with the police and sent a legal notice for defamation.

(SUBHEAD)Kamboj was accused by a stakeholder of corruption in the carcasses case, which was raised prominently by Jatin Dhawan. Kamboj allegedly abused Jatin Dhawan on live streaming of the incident. This was condemned by the journalists at the meeting, they expressed strong anger. A stormy meeting was called by the journalists regarding this issue and it was decided to boycott Deep Kamboj completely. Journalists have also demanded the AAP high command to take action against him.

In the meeting, Sunil Bhardwaj (Punjab Kesari Group), Praveen Kathuria (Amar Ujala), Avtar Gill (PTC News), Vicky Hooria (Ajit Group), Rinku Watts (Dainik Bhaskar), Raj Narula (Dainik Jagran), Davinder Pal and RK Goyal (Rashtriya Chhavi), Dr. Sahil Mittal (Editor Jung-e-Samachar), Raghav Nagpal (Ajit Samachar), Navneet Garg (Janata Kesari), Deepak Mehta (Sarhad Kesari), Sandeep Sokhal (Ajit Web), Satyanarayan Sharma (Uttam Hindu), Sonu Bulandi (Abohar Tasvir), Praveen Juneja (Kuber Kesari) and Lokesh Sharma (Abohar Halchal) were also present.
